Tokenize lets machine owners fractionalize a machine into a tradeable, regulatory-compliant security token, turning machine revenue into an investable asset for third parties. The underlying asset is the Machine NFT minted at Activate. Tokenize wraps that NFT in an ERC-3643 share class so revenue and activity tracked by Qualify flow back to token holders.
